We have just booked into Vanessa’s villa for the third time, so obviously we think it is a fantastic place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. The villa itself is well appointed and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is spacious and light and has all the equipment you need. The layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms is very convenient for different ages. The pool was refurbished a couple of years ago and is attractive to sit around as well as lovely to swim in. The villa also feels very comfortable which gives a relaxing feeling of coming “home” at the end of a long day having fun! The location is ideal- the Disney parks are only about 10 minutes away and Universal Studios takes less than 30 minutes, but the quiet residential area is far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The Champions Gate shops, which have a Publix supermarket and are only 5 minutes away, have all you need for day to day shopping. Vanessa herself is an asset to your holiday. She is always really helpful and does everything to ensure your holiday is the best possible- she has given us some top tips on managing our time in the parks – and talking to her on the phone is like talking to a friend! When we first phoned Vanessa for this year, it looked as if someone else had booked in first and we were really disappointed at the thought of having to stay somewhere else, but Vanessa managed to sort everything out for us. We would definitely suggest booking early – and we hope you enjoy your holiday.

We're back home now, but just a quick thanks for the villa rental and all your help. We had another great holiday in Florida and your villa helped make this a wonderful holiday. We have stayed in 5 different villas over the last 6 years and yours is the first one we would come back to without a second thought. Not much wrong with the other villas but your home is in a nice quiet neighborhood and is very private, especially around the pool area. Many villa locations tend to be built on top of each other and offer little privacy. Having somewhere to escape the crowds of the parks is very important to us. The inside of your villa is excellent, layout is well thought out and there was plenty of room for everyone. It is also really well stocked with all the utensils we needed to make it our home for the last couple of weeks. Once again many thanks and if we decide to come over again you will be hearing from us.
